Relatively easy to assemble however bolts need regular tightening as they loosen when the bag is used. medium degree of flex in the bag so it does come back forcefully when the bag is hit hard. With 100 L of water in the base the unit still does move in small increments as the bar is hit . Good product with light to medium work out , would recommend a heavier, less flexible option for the serious boxer.
