What distinguishes a multi-station?In contrast to pull-up stations or dip stations, where you train primarily with your own bodyweight, multi-stations have their own weight block or hydraulic resistance system that generates the workout resistance for your strength-training. Whole muscle groups and also individual muscles can be trained very specifically at a multi-station. Other strength-training equipment, such as a cable pull, is also equipped with a weight block. The difference between a multi-station and a cable pull is mainly the type of exercises performed. At a multi-station, the movements during the workout are predominantly guided. A cable pull offers more freedom of movement but also requires more controlled movements. If you prefer to workout with free weights, we recommend choosing a power rack or power cage.
