The Taurus exercise mat is perfect and exactly what I needed for my daily exercise. The price is higher than some other mats on the market, but it is worth ithe extra cost as other mats I found are much thinner. The mat is thick enough to be comfortable on the joints when doing yoga or body weight exercises like planks... [Read more] that require stationary positions but is also great when doing active exercises like jumping or running in place as the thickness cushions the joints. Added advantage - the thickness of the mat means that I no longer disturb my neighbours when exercising! Highly recommended. [Show less]

This is an excellent, very thick exercise mat that's perfect for Pilates. It cushions the bones very well and is just what I needed. It's actually lighter than expected and can be transported easily to classes by securing with the straps provided. Very satisfied.
