The Force USA Accessories G1 Upgrade Kit enables you to do even more extensive back training with your Force USA G1. The footplate can be installed in one easy step and you can start rowing just like in the gym. You can simply attach the padded seat with leg roll to the cable pull bar and strengthen your back with the lat pull bar.
