Alongside the 9 pre-installed training settings, it makes the user-defined settings available to you in real time. During training, you can individually adjust the speed and incline with just a press of a button your training and save these in your user profile.The console is compatible with the free-of-charge Explore the World app. The "Explore the World" app makes your training interesting and challenging. With the app, you can walk through video recordings in HD of real locations worldwide. The app records your speed and, through the Bluetooth® connection, it provides you the data on your smartphone or your iPad screen.

Practical folding mechanism

After a successful training session, The Bowflex treadmill can be folded up, using the practical SoftDrop™ mechanism and can be stored to save space wherever you choose.
