The Thera-Band stability trainer in green is of the lightest level of difficulty and is perfect for therapy, rehab, and fall prevention. The blue balance cushion is a bit softer foamed and is more challenging than the green version. It is ideal for sport, fitness, and therapy. For very challenging exercises, the black colour is perfect. This stabilisation trainer is made of a strong plastic and has an air filling. Thanks to the knob surface, this balance cushion offers you an additional sensomotoric training stimulation. The use of two cushions one upon the other is possible.
