Thera-Band® is the world's leading brand of exercise products with progressive resistance for therapeutic, sports and fitness training. The Thera-band 45,5 m provides virtually unlimited application possibilities for increasing strength, physical mobility and flexibility.
The affordable and easy to transport restistance band is made of natural latex and available in eight different strengths. The light resistance levels are ideal for physiotherapie and rehabilitation. The middle ones are ideal for fitness and the strong ones for muscle growth exercises.

The extra light to strong bands are 13,8cm wide, the extra strong to max. strong ones are 15cm wide.

Thera-Band ist meiner Meinung nach qualitativ das beste Therapie-Band. Ich habe Günstigere getestet, muss aber zugeben, dass Thera-Band einfach das Beste ist! Es ist vor allem länger reißfest.

Das Thera-Band entspricht vollumfänglich unseren Bedürfnissen im Turnverein. Mit dem Thera-Band können unzählige Fitness-Übungen durchgeführt werden. Abzüge gibt's lediglich bei der Lebensdauer.
