Wenn man nicht ganz so empfindlich ist optimal. Hat auch keinen Geruch und schaut gut aus.

Wir hatten vorher eine sehr harte Rolle und wollten jetzt noch zusaätzlich eine weichere mit Noppen. Diese fühlt sich sehr gut an, tut nicht weh und macht qualitativ einen guten Eindruck. Produkt wurde auch schnelol geliefert.

Sehr angenehm beim Training und insbesondere die längeren Zacken gehen gut in die Muskulatur, obwohl sie eigentlich recht weich sind und daher nicht schmerzen. Für mich der beste Foam Roller.
