The stronger the strap is stretched, the more challenging and more intensive is the exercise. The eight handle straps, which are numbered from one to eight, offer a comfortable training. The strap does not have to be wrapped around hand or feet for the training. You can start immediately. The deliver yincludes a very tearproof and hard-wearing Elastiband as well as an exercise poster. This exercise poster includes all in all 63 exercises for the upper body, thigh, gluteal muscles, and abs as well as stretching exercises.
