The cable pull station of the Weight Workx allows lat pull for triceps as well as rowing exercises. The weight bench, the seat, the bars, and the chin up bar offer many other exercises. The NOHrD multi-gym Weight Workx includes an exercise book with more than 70 exercises for your whole body.

The design of the NOHrD multi-gym Weight Workx is another convincing feature. The fitness tower with stable wood base is of simple design. A wallbar with a foldable arm for chin ups forms the base. A seat and a classic weight bench are hooked into the wall bars of the Weight Workx multi-gym - these can be easily adjusted in height and are covered with precious, soft leather.

The weight block (total weight 70kg = 14 x 5 kg) can be found on the back of the NOHrD multi-gym. Toch gegaan voor het houte krachtstation. Ik kan elke spiergroep trainen die ik wil. Hij ziet er ook nog super mooi uit. Past perfect bij mijn houte fiets en bankje

Diese Kraftstation ist ein wahrer Eye-Catcher! Gut verarbeitet und sehr qualitativ! Bringt viel Abwechslung ins Training und trainiert so ziemlich alle Muskelgruppen! Da braucht man nichts anderes mehr. Ein super Wahlmöglichkeit, wenn man zu Hause trainieren möchte und sich den Weg in ein Fitnesscenter ersparen will. TOP!

Ich finde diese Kraftstation wirklich toll Nicht nur Ihre Funktionalität und das kleine Aufstellmaß waren für mich Kaufentscheidend Am Ende hat mich auch noch die Optik überzeugt und ich bereue meine Entscheidung bis heute nicht
