Het product is heel gemakkelijk te gebruiken en helpt bij het oefenen van de spieren die we min of meer vergeten zijn gebruiken. Het helpt ook om een betere houding te ontwikkelen.

goed voor dagelijks gebruik om de gewrichten te stabiliseren door versteviging van de korte spieren. Vooral nuttig na mijn knieoperatie. Makkelijk te gebruiken en op te bergen. Schijf het zo onder de bank.
Stevig materiaal en aanbevolen door mijn fysiotherapeut.

Habe mir mein Telefon im Büro etwas entfernt vom Schreibtisch auf ein höheres Schränkchen gestellt und die Fit Disc davor. Bin sehr begeistert, da ich jetzt beim Telefonieren Gleichgewichtsübungen machen kann. Das regelmäßige Aufstehen vom Schreibtisch ist zwar noch etwas ungewohnt, hat aber dazu beigetragen, dass ich abends deutlich weniger Rückenschmerzen habe als bisher.
An der Disc finde ich besonders gut, dass sie so konstruiert ist, dass sie nicht wegrutschen kann und insofern auch
im Büro unbedenklich eingesetzt werden kann.

Hankin tuotteen kokeiltuani sitä fysioterapeutin vast.otolla. Syy hankintaan oli heikko nilkka ja huonontunut tasapaino. Tämä on paras ikinä hankkimani liikuntalaite! Se on jatkuvasti esillä, ei vie paljon tilaa ja seison sen päällä monta kertaa päivän aikana. Siinä seisoessa, esim tv:tä katsoessa, joutuu koko ajan käyttämään mm. pieniä lihaksia pysyäkseen tasapainossa. Ollut minulla kuukauden ja huomaan nilkan jo vahvistuneen.
