Sturdy construction with flexible bench – Marcy strength system PM4400 leverage system

The Marcy strength system PM4400 leverage system consists of a powder-coated steel frame construction and ensures a smooth motion sequence without roller guides and ropes. In addition, the workout bench is flexibly adjustable, so that diverse workouts can be performed with 10 different settings of the back cushion and 4 different sitting positions. The workout bench can also be moved 90° to the side as needed, so that workouts can be performed in standing position as well.

The Marcy strength system PM4400 leverage system is reminiscent of a classic shoulder press from the fitness studio, yet this one offers much more than just shoulder exercises. Thanks to the fact that the press is equipped with different weight supports and diverse adjustment options, both push and pull exercises can be performed. Among the push exercises, for example, bench presses or tricep pushdowns are possible, whereas with pull exercises, the back and biceps can be worked out with lat pulldown training, rows, or effective bicep curls. With the connector, the grips can just be connected over a bar, so that even knee bends can be performed. That way, a single workout machine can be used to strengthen almost the whole body!
