The Select Series of Hammer Strength by Life Fitness offers all in all 22 products and hence ideal conditions for the commercial fitness use. The thigh muscles can be extremely well trained with the professional leg extension of Hammer Strength by Life Fitness. The rounded upholsteries offer a lot of comfort and a great sitting position. The individual adjustments can be directly done in the sitting position and the adjustable starting position offers five different starting points. Different starting points are a great feature for users of different height. Hence, everybody can take the optimal sitting position.
The cable pulls are nylon coated and provide a smooth course of motion. The provided weight block can generate a training resistance of up to 138 kg, so that really any training intensity can be realised. The adjustment of the resistance is done with a pin.
