Thanks to the natural water resistance, you can enjoy a rowing experience as if you were rowing in the great outdoors. With each stroke, you move a paddle through the water tank. You determine the intensity yourself by the speed of your rowing stroke. This allows you to adjust the resistance yourself at any time during the workout.

With the Baltic Rowing Machine from cardiostrong you can bring this experience into your own four walls, regardless of the weather and season. The Baltic Sea, the Mare Balticum with its stunning rowing routes, inspired the makers of the Baltic Rower to its name and to equip the rower with a water resistance system completing the natural rowing feeling.

With the Baltic Rower, you determine the intensity of your workout yourself by the strength of your pull: the faster and stronger your stroke, the harder your workout will be. This provides a great advantage, especially for beginners, as they can adjust their stroke intensity to their fitness level at any time; thus, there is no danger of overstressing. You started with high intensity, but would like to relax your workout a bit? No problem - just exert less force during your stroke, and the intensity will automatically lower without any adjustments being made on the training console. The water-resistance system enables you to flexibly switch between different levels of intensity during a workout and thus e.g. complete out a HIIT workout.

During the development of the Baltic Rower, particular emphasis was placed on the blades in the tank. They are designed so that there is no "dead spot" during the stroke. Ich bin hochzufrieden mit dem Baltic Rower. Das Gerät hat eine gute und solide Qualität.Für mich das ideale Sportgerät, dass ich fast täglich benutze, weil es Freude macht, damit zu rudern. Das Rudergefühl empfinde ich als sehr authentisch. Ich kann es mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben das Rudergerät am 14. 11. gekauft und genau 10 Tage später wurde es geliefert. Früher als erwartet. Der Aufbau war absolut problemlos, da die Anleitung dazu klar und verständlich war. Es schaut cool aus, steht stabil und wir sind froh, dass wir uns für dieses Gerät entschieden haben. Allein das Geräusch des Wassers ist ein Genuss. Perfekt für uns, da man es auch zusammenklappen kann, was für uns neben dee Qualität auch kaufentscheidend war. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ich habe am 1. Februar das Rudergerät Baltic Rower bestellt. Am 10. Februar wurde es schon geliefert. Der Aufbau war kein Problem. Das Gerät ist sehr stabil, wackelt kein bisschen. Das Rudern macht Spass. Der Wassertank war zwar nicht blau sondern grau, aber das ist im Sportkeller egal.

Nos trajeron hace poco la máquina a casa y estamos encantados. Empezando por el transportista, que tuvo un trato exquisito ayudándonos con los bultos. La máquina se monta de manera muy sencilla, pero lo mejor es la sensación al remar. El sonido del agua y la suavidad del movimiento de la correa son muy relajantes. Tenía miedo del ruido que pudiese hacer, ya que la tengo al lado de la habitación de los niños y lo hago a horas que están dormidos, pero es el tan suave y acompasado que no se me han despertado nunca. Viene también con pilas para la pantalla y un bote de aceite lubricante. REcomendable 100%!... [Read more]

Ich nutze das Gerät seit ca. 2 Monaten alle 2-3 Tage und bin sehr zufrieden. Es rudert sich sehr angenehm und es ist relativ leise. Auch ich als "kleinere Frau" kann es selber aufrecht hinstellen. Es ist hochwertig verarbeitet. Ich würde das Gerät weiterempfehlen.

Ging leicht und recht zügig aufzubauen. Die Aufbauanleitung wurde wahrscheinlich zum positiven geändert. Macht einen sehr stabilen Eindruck. Super Rudergefühl. Der Baltic Rower steht in keinem Maße den teureren Konkurenzprodukten nach. Die Beratung in der Hauptfiliale in Hannover war richtig gut, toller Laden - empfehlenswert!
