ARTZT vitality Flossing band

The term Flossing is currently well-known. Flossing in football, flossing in Functional Training, flossing in physiotherapy. The use is unlimited. Everywhere, where performance, movement, prevention, pain therapy, and regeneration are concerned, flossing is used as addition to existing training and therapy possibilities.

Flossing describes the use of elastic bands with the focus on pain relief, the improvement of movement, and the reduction of swellings. It is used in prevention for the increase in blood flow and the improvement of the joint mechanics, in the pain therapy for acute injuries or chronic overstress syndromes, and in regeneration phases as compressions for arms and legs.

Ideally, flossing bands of ARTZT vitality are suitable here. They are tightly wrapped around certain body parts and they are then actively or passively mobilised for approximately 90 to 120 seconds. Then the flossing band is removed.

The ARTZT vitality Flossing band is available in two lengthes, which are marked by the colours green and black. Depending upon your need and the body parts, which need to be wrapped, a shorter or longer flossing band is required.
