The Men`s Health PowerTools Bio Force Challenge multi gym is the only professional home fitness system which uses the innovative TNT resistance system (Total Nitrocell Technology = nitrogen technology). The Men`s Health PowerTools BioForce multi gym's cylinders are filled with nitrogen and provide even resistance whilst being utterly quiet and making any conventional weight stacks obsolete.
Due to the push-lock-mechanism the quick adjustment of the resistance from 2,5kg to 100kg is possible. The Men`s Health Bio Force's cable pulley's guide rollers can be attached to the station in various places and hence make over 100 training exercises possible. These are documented in the exercise instructions and -plans and illustrated on a training DVD.
In addition, the Men`s Health PowerTools Bio Force Challenge comes with a curl bench and curl bar for an even more effective bizeps workout. The Men`s Health curl bench's barbell rest has three different adjustment settings so that people with different arm lengths can all use it. The curl bar itself can be tied to the Men`s Health Bio Force's ropes for a wide-ranging upper body workout.
