IFit.com compatible fitness equipment controls speed and incline during the workout directly with a CD, video or the internet. Every training program was developed by a personal trainer. Customized training programs, motivating, personal supervision and stimulating music.

All videos are in German; Level I for beginners, Level II for advanced users.
