The Timex Ironman Race Trainers show you all necessary performance measured values. The integrated systems include a memory for 10 training units, the stopwatch with 50 lap times, display of average heart rate per lap and five interval timers with individual heart rate target zones. Thereby, the Timex Ironman Race Trainer informs about all data you need for organizing your workout or competition.

Using the optional, wireless USB-Stick, it is possible to set possible adjustements and to download training data on the pc.
