Payment Methods

Service is of utmost importance for Sport-Tiedje. That is why offering you a wide choice of payment methods goes without saying. You decide how you would like to pay.

Direct Debit

We debit your bank account the payment amount.

Paying by direct debit (direct debit authorisation) is safe and convenient as we simply debit your account the payment amount and you don't have to worry about settling your bills. We do not charge your account of course until the goods have been dispatched, approx. 5 working days after raising the invoice. Please note that paying by direct debit is only possible if you have a bank giro account with a bank based in Germany. If an item is not in stock and we make a part delivery, you only pay for the received goods.

Financing

Buy now, pay later.

If you would like to spread the payment over a number of month, we offer the following affordable conditions in collaboration with TARGOBANK:

• with a term of 6 to 12 months: 0,00% APR

• with a term of 12 to 24 months: 1,90% APR

• with a term of 24 to 48 months: 3,90% APR

Please choose „financing“ as method of payment. You will then be redirected to the financing service of TARGOBANK. There, you will get to choose the term which meets your requirements so that you are paying the monthly installment which suits you best.

The minimum monthly installment is 15,- euros. The minimum amount to be financed is 150,- euros.

You will be guided through the financing process online in only a few steps. Just post your signed forms at any German post office after having shown your identity card as proof of ID. You will receive a confirmation from TARGOBANK after a few days and the goods which will have been reserved for you will be dispatched immediately.

Only private customers may choose financing as payment method.

Credit Card

Mastercard, Visa Card, American Express

Shopping with your credit card is convenient and uncomplicated at Sport-Tiedje. You no longer need to worry about settling your bills after placing an order. Just pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We will not charge your card until the day the goods are dispatched of course. If an item is not in stock and we make a part delivery, you only pay for the received goods.

You can be sure: we protect your online transactions in any way we can. Any personal information you submit, i.e. your order, your name, your address and your credit card details, are encoded. Sport-Tiedje uses one of the safest methods for e-commerce, the "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) transmission with 256 bit encryption.

Leasing

We offer equipment and accessories for hire-purchase in collaboration with leasing companies.

Cash on Delivery

The forwarder collects the payment amount on delivery.

Paying cash on delivery is safe and convenient as you just pay the freight carrier or postman the invoice amount on delivery.

DIRECTebanking

Shopping at Sport-Tiedje is easy and safe when you choose to pay by DIRECTebanking using your online account details.

This new, innovative online payment method with TÜV certified transaction security transfers the money from your online bank account using a secure payment form by the Pyment Network AG. This online banking form generates the reference and payment amount automatically and in real time. The money is transferred directly into our account after the information has been checked and confirmed. The ordered goods can be dispatched immediately given that the transaction was successful and the goods are in stock.

Cash in Advance

We dispatch the goods as soon as the payment shows up in our account.

Just pay cash in advance via bank transfer, it is easy. You will receive the bank details via email after your order has gone in.

If you transfer the billing amount online, the money usually shows up in our account 24 hours later. Please note that bank transfers received by the banks after 4pm are not processed until the following day.
