The Men's Health Universal Burn-Machine multifunctional barbell / curl bar is the most innovative on the market. The new 360° turning handles provide a wide array of grip options - without the user having to put the bar down or swap it. Do a biceps exercise directly after a trizeps exercise ? the Men`s Health Ultimate Burn-Machine makes it possible.
For the correct execution of the exercise and targeting the weaker muscles / side of the body (muscular dysbalances), the Mens Health Ultimate Burnmachine has a special device which slides to the weaker side and creates extra resistance when the bar is not straight. More stimuli - more muscle!

  • 360° turning handles provide a wide array of grip options and therefore facilitate a large variety of exercises
  • Incl. 6 x 1,5kg flat, shapely weights
