Through manual adjustments of the 360° degree pivoting training arms, your First Degree Upper Body Trainer turns into your First Degree Cycle Ergometer. Due to the ingenius technology, the resistance is controlled by water. In addition, the resistance is regulated automatically according to the dedicated force: the harder you move the pedals the stronger the resistance gets. Furthermore, the fluid technology patented by First Degree offers an intelligent alternative to traditional resistance training, since the First Degree Fitness Fluid Cycle XT 720 also allows very low resistance settings. This is one of the reasons why the First Degree Fitness Fluid Cycle XT 720 is also ideally suited for older users. Even the design of the Fluid Cycle XT 720 is tailored to the needs of older users. For easy access, the low seat (seat height only 54cm!) can be turned to the side.
