The Finnlo multi-gym Autark 1500 offers a multitude of exercises for the whole body. The Finnlo multi-gym Autark 1500 is equiped with three cable pulls (top, middle, lower), a leg station, lat pull, bench press arms, and many more grips and stations to exercise abdominal, arm, back or chest muscles. The weight block of 80 kg offers a varied and challenging strength training on the Finnlo multi-gym Autark 1500. The weight block of the multi-gym can be set in 16 increments from 5 to 80kg and can be enlarged by further 20 kg.

In contrast to many other home fitness gyms, the Finnlo multi-gym Autark 1500 provides adjustment possibilities of backrest and seat, so that the Finnlo multi-gym Autark 1500 is optimally adjusted to your body. The butterfly arms can be five-times adjusted in angle for a professional workout. You can do a chest training with almost streteched arms (for outer chest muscles) or a 90° bending (for inner chest muscles).

The professional leg station is a special feature of the Finnlo multi-gym Autark 1500. Here, you can exercise leg extension as well as curl. This means that front as well as back thigh muscles get precisely exercised on the Finnlo multi-gym Autark 1500. The leg curl of the Finnlo multi-gym Autark 1500 is multiple adjustable.
